Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Nandi Road 1# Pumping Station (Rain Sewage) Project was completed

This pumping station project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Nandi Road and Huagang East Street. It covers an area of about 4,632 square meters. The scale of the rainwater pumping station is 18m³/s. The total investment of the pumping station is 68 million. The entire project was invested and constructed by Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. and designed by Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute. The underground main body of the pump house includes sluice wells, grid wells, collection tanks, and pressure outlet tanks. The above-ground main body of the pump house includes a transformer room and a water pump room; 1 inlet and outlet well of the pumping station; 2 conversion wells; 1 moisture-proof well The ancillary rooms include duty rooms, offices, equipment rooms, rest rooms, toilets, etc.; the courtyard wall is 251.1 meters long, there is one gate, the courtyard road is 1021.33 meters, and the green area is 2,314 square meters. Adopt double hole 3800mm*2800mm water inlet square culvert, double row D2600 reinforced concrete pipe outlet method for drainage.

The moisture-proof well is located at the end of the entire drainage process. As the first line of defense to prevent the impact of sea tides, the duckbill valve equipment plays an important role in smooth drainage and prevention of seawater intrusion. The project overcomes the difficult construction conditions such as summer heat, rain, and high tide. It was completed in September 2014 and passed the acceptance inspection. At present, the overall stable operation of the equipment is well received by the industry.
